PawHostly does not charge you to send a booking request, so you can cancel any request you have sent at no cost. Manage your active requests from the bookings page in your account.
Cancellation tiers
When paid bookings launch, every listing and sitter will publish a cancellation tier so you know the refund terms before you pay. Tiers range from flexible to strict, with the exact refund window shown on the booking summary — for example, a full refund within 24 hours under the flexible tier.
Force majeure and pet emergencies
If a host or sitter cannot honour a booking due to a verified emergency, illness or local disaster, PawHostly will work with both sides to either reschedule or refund — regardless of the cancellation tier in effect. We will publish the full force-majeure policy alongside paid bookings.

When paid bookings launch, the exact cancellation terms appear on the listing and the booking summary before you commit — never after.
